Satoru Izumisawa (37) known as "Marukan" a mobile fish vendor in Urayasu, Chiba operates food truck business in downtown Tokyo. Equipped with a full stainless refrigerator specially mounted on his truck, he displays selected seafood from the best each season on trays and place them on a bed of crushed ice to ensure freshness through delivery time. His customers waiting at a street corner are mainly elderly housewives. He inherited the business from his father and proudly runs the business.
